Refund policy

At Learning Locker, we want you to love what you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at support@mylearninglocker.org with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back. Please note that unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Certain items such as clearance products, digital downloads, or opened kits may not be eligible for return unless defective. Learning Locker reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is happy to assist you.
